1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing kielbhockey.com or purchasing any Kielb Hockey product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

2. PRODUCTS

We do our best to display product specs, colors, and curve patterns accurately. Slight variation between batches is normal due to the handcrafted nature of carbon layup. Specs are subject to change without notice.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless noted.

4. SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

5. RETURNS & WARRANTY

Unused sticks in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Each Kielb stick carries a 30-day breakage warranty against manufacturer defects from date of purchase. To start a return or warranty claim, email gina@hockeyforkids.org.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — logos, graphics, copy, product designs — is the property of Kielb Hockey and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hockey is a contact sport. Kielb Hockey is not liable for injury arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTION

A portion of every sale is donated to the Jake Kielb Hockey Foundation (hockeyforkids.org) supporting youth hockey in Nevada.
